About Calico Guitarworks
Professional Grade Guitar Care
Calico Guitarworks is the area’s premier destination for fretted musical instrument care and maintenance. Recently, we’ve also introduced handcrafted, original electric and acoustic guitars to our offerings. Owned and managed by Erik Salomon, the shop is dedicated to providing quick, honest, and reliable service.
The staff at Calico Guitarworks has a combined 25+ years of professional guitar repair experience. Prior to 2023, the business operated under the name “Guitar Repair Long Island”. Our clean and organized shop space is dedicated to the purpose of caring for your prized instruments. Clients are seen one at a time, by appointment-only, in order to provide a personal touch and the highest attention to detail. We carry an assortment of quality parts and accessories to keep your instruments playing their best and we are an authorized service center for some of the industry’s leading brands.
